    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Maslov was a amicable force in the room, hard to attain given the size of the lecture hall, but was able to connect the material to the students very easily. Would often play off times of technical difficulties by continuing to talk or make a joke, lightening the atmosphere before getting back down to the serious content. Overall an effective and approachable teacher.

    Course highlights:

Necessary for basic level knowledge of Biology in the cellular and molecular world. Also, I learned how to handle a class with over 200 students in a giant lecture hall. Gained insight on how to take notes in such a large and isolated setting, but also allowed a deeper understanding of what makes the world tick at it's most basis form.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you read and form a study group, it's almost essential in order for you to make it through.
