    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

As an incoming freshman it is a difficult course but it really does prepare you for future environmental engineering courses, especially those taken during your junior and senior years. It is also a great introduction to Dr. Jassby, who you will also have again as a professor. This way you will be familiar with the way he runs his class and what he will ask of your.

    Course highlights:

This class did a great job of introducing the field of environmental engineering and what it entails. This class also required a group powerpoint presentation on an environmental disaster of your choice. This project gave the entire class the opportunity to obtain general knowledge on a variety of environmental problems from our history.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to read the textbook so that you don't have to cram at the last minute to put all the information on the cheat sheet for the exam. If you don't know it, the sheet won't help.
