Pretty easy, overall.
I believe this course is useful for psychology majors because it explains what motivates individuals towards self improvement and because it is important to know how different habits can affect physical and mental function.
The course described how improving health habits can boost one's energy and mood as well as the various obstacles that could make it difficult for a person to change certain habits. I learned that although we as individuals have different backgrounds, living situations, and abilities, we can still achieve our goals as long as we maintain a sense of self-efficacy.

I would tell students to pay close attention to all vocabulary terms in the textbook and previous research studies described in the lectures.
