    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I took this class over the summer and had lots of fun with it. The actual lectures itself are quite long only because we watch two films every session. They're black-and-white films and they're super authentic to watch.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the structure of film, and the history. We started with the earliest of films, the one with the moon was the first, all the way to recent films. The newest released-film we watched was The Social Network, which is always a fun one to watch. I learned a lot about how the first films were made, early Hollywood actors and actresses, etc.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't shy away because the films are all black-and-white! They're just as fun to watch as newer films.
