Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I loved how the course information was relevant to how we live our lives. I learned a lot a bout bodily functions and finally had the chance to differentiate between health myths and the truth. I thoroughly enjoyed this class and the material was easy to understand.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to manage my lifestyle choices to live a healthier and more satisfying life. We learned about many diseases that are becoming more common in younger generations such as type II diabetes. We learned what steps to take and what foods to avoid to reduce our chances of getting these diseases. The labs were also very interactive and well worth my time.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend reading the material as well as going to lectures because the professor expands on the text and also gives additional information that is required and not in the book.
