    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I enjoyed the class, because the course is practical. It teaches you the lab techniques often used in research labs.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about various techniques, such as ammonium sulfate fractionation, affinity chromatography, protein and enzyme assays, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, gel exclusion chromatography, and enzyme kinetic analysis.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure that you read materials prior to class/lab.
