    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

This course is important as a psychology major. Statistics is the main tool of the psychological researcher and understanding the basics used in the context of psychology will help me continue to Psych 100B.

    Course highlights:

I have learned how to analyze data in comparison to a second set of data, how to compare data means, and how to extract information from a data plot in order to draw conclusions.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study as much as possible and use all available materials that are at your disposal.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Psych 100A is a requirement for Psych majors and I definitely recommended that you take it with Professor Nandy. He allows you to use a calculator and he reviews the information that you need to know prior to exams.

    Course highlights:

Statistics was hard for me before taking this class. I was able to better understand the basics of statistics after taking this class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do any extra credit that he gives you and review your homework before each exam.
