Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This class was very interesting, and Professor Juvonen was engaging. Yes, her lectures were based off powerpoint slides, but she typically had a question/answer portion of the class which was really interactive. You get points just for going to class and doing clickers, so that was a plus. The only downside is that your grade is totally dependent on the Midterm and Final, which is not good if you are a bad test taker like I am. I didn't do too well in the course grade wise (I am not representative of the rest of the class, who did extremely well), but I really enjoyed the content, and would take it again if presented the chance!
We learned about adolescent development, usually starting from 8th grade all the way to 12th and sometimes even first year of college. My favorite part of the course was definitely the parenting methods section because it seemed like information that really could help you in the future.

Advice for students:
Start memorizing slides and facts early and go to office hours if you need help with anything. Professor Juvonen is an extremely nice professor, and she will help you if you need it.
