    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend taking the class with Professor Williams because the course pushes you to learn the concepts really well. In comparison to the other physics professor I have taken other courses with, Professor Williams comes up with exam questions that combine multiple concepts together and really make you think. Learning how to excel in his class will be a useful ability for many years to come. You will be a more effective student after taking this course, because you'll learn how to think critically rather than simply following steps in the textbook.

    Course highlights:

Professor Williams is so nice! I enjoyed talking to him during office hours. The most useful skill I learned from this class is being able to think critically and solve difficult problems.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Do all the practice questions in the back of the textbook. If you are still struggling, buy a physics practice workbook and do the questions in those. It's all about doing practicing problems and learning from your mistakes.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Very good class. Funny and engaging. He tought the information well. ALthough he didnt make clear what was on the test. LAbs are reallly easy.

    Course highlights:

Labs are very easy. Depeding on your TA you get full credit just for showing up. Tests were too bad. No quizzes. You get an automatic 10% for homework. He gives you the solutions so all you have to do it copy it.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Tests were hard and not too easy. There were about 3 test including the final. Study the chapters is a must. GO to office hours and ask questions. THe curve helps alot. DO the homework and put time to study.
