Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The reading was at times somewhat dull, but what was most memorable about this course were the lectures. Professor Martyna creates an environment of passion and sincerity in her lectures, inviting discussions about difficult or controversial topics.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the diversity of human experience and rituals around death, and very much enjoyed hearing about the professor's personal experience around the subject.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Carve out adequate time to do the reading, as the majority of the work is essays about these books.
