    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course was a requirement for my major, but it isn't a subject I have the most confidence in. The professor is not very personal, so I didn't learn much from him (opposed to professors who seem to care about their students). Nonetheless, math is math, so you just have to get through it.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was definitely just getting the requirement out of the way. I learned everything you would learn in introductory calculus. I may have not became a master of the subject, but I definitely understand overall concepts of everything.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Please take advantage of the MSI tutors! I went to tutoring for this course twice a week and I wouldn't have passed the class without it! The sessions are a lot more personal, comparing your lecture with 200 students and these sessions having around 5 people. I learned the most in my sessions with my tutor. You also pay for it through your school fees, so might as well take advantage of this viable resource!

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course if it is required for your major

    Course highlights:

This course taught me calculus and how to apply it to other things like biology. The course teaches real life applications of math.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend signing up for an MSI session along with the class because they provide additional help with the material taught in class.
