    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Personally, I found this class to be very interesting. The only problem I had for this class was the fact that the professor, unlike myself, had an affinity for the proofs behind theorems. However, you can work around this by going through the book and writing out all the theorems with names. Those are the important ones. Good luck!

    Course highlights:

Linear transformations Eigenvectors/eigenvalues Determinants Inverse matrices Matrices Matrix operations Diagonalization Orthogonal vectors Subspace, subsets, vector spaces, and spans Etc...

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

As stated in another comment, create a book of theorems used in the class. It will be extremely helpful to have all of the useful theorems in one place. Also, if you don't understand something in lecture to any extent, go over it again yourself or in office hours. Every bit of information is important at some point during this course.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The course material was very interesting, different from what is expected in a regular math class.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed learning within and opening my mind up to multiple dimensions and not just in the traditional two dimensions.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The material you learn in the beginning of the course directly carries on to the rest of.
