    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because lectures are always so fun to go to. Professor Quinn is an enthusiastic and great storyteller. He typically teaches the material through his stories. This class is a great class and I would recommend it to anyone and especially for anyone interested in psychology and how religion affects us as humans.

    Course highlights:

Some highlights of this class is that we would get to do things that you wouldn't get to do in a conventional classroom, like: occasional meditation, listening to spiritual music, and listening to each others' stories about our spiritual experiences. I learned that many of the greatest psychologists all had a say about religion.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Although class was very fun and there isn't homework or weekly tests, this is still a class that should be taken seriously. Students should take notes in class because the midterm is worth a good part of your grade. Students should also start on the 10 page paper that is due at the end of the quarter early, because it is worth most of your grade.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class has being one of the most amazing classes that I have taken in UCSC. Professor Ralph is a great instructor and easy grader. He keeps his students engage in lecture topics and shows to care for every single student and is always available. Books are cheap and easy to read. Overall, the material covered was super interesting and easy to follow up. If you are looking for an easy A, this class is a MUST. You don't need to be a psychology major for this class.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this class is that readings keep you engage and wanting to learn more. The coursework is super easy and fun to do as we have to create a journal paper where we can invent our own spiritual story. Easy A+!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Books are required and so is the reader. Good note taking during lecture because professor only talks, he doesn't have power slides or anything. So be a good listener.
