    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Sesh is an amazing professor, although the class itself is insanely challenging. His lectures are extremely engaging and visual. The assignments are very difficult and time-consuming, although definitely possible.

    Course highlights:

This course is all about data structures, algorithms, and recursion. You pretty much have to write recursively for the whole duration of this class and from here on. I cannot stress the importance of linked lists enough, as understanding how they work will be essential to your success in the class.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Before you take this class you should read up about linked lists, stacks & queues, binary search trees, big O notation, etc., so you can be confused once and then less confused once the professor goes over the material again. Go to lab, MSI, office hours, make study groups, get all the help you need to understand because it is available and extremely helpful. MSI helps a lot.
