Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dunkin is honestly such a great teacher! She is very thorough with her lectures and really works to help you understand the material. You learn a lot about body systems which is great and very interesting if you are looking towards a career in medicine. There is also a little part of the class which focuses on plants, which is cool too. Attendance is mandatory, which she does through clickers and counts toward your grade. You do get 2 free days, so if you miss class or don't have your clicker it won't affect you as much. There are homework assignments and quizzes which also go towards your grade. She also offers extra credit which can give you up to a 1% grade boost.

    Course highlights:

I love how Dunkin puts a lot of stress on active learning. In this class you do a lot of pair discussion and group work to help work out tough concepts. At first I was very hesitant about pair discussions because I don't really like talking to people in class, but I found that really being able to explain it to other people helps further your understanding.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

To anyone taking this course, I would definitely recommend writing the notes or printing them out before you come to class. It is so much easier and less stressful for me to be constantly scribbling things down while they are on the board. Because you already have it in front on you, you can focus on what she is saying and write down important concepts that she puts more stress on. Also, DO THE HOMEWORK. It's annoying, but honestly homework is a decent portion of the grade and can make the difference.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dunkin is a great lecturer but don't expect to get a good grade if you aren't willing to put time in.

    Course highlights:

She wants you to understand not just memorize.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Try your best not to miss class because the graphs she teaches will be on your exams. Try to word things on tests the same as she taught them or you'll lose points
