Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would absolutely recommend this course, I learned so much and I appreciated how interactive the material was to everyday work life.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed reading about the laws that where implemented to protect employees and I also enjoyed learning the laws that protect minorities like civil rights law of 1964.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes your reading through the material and take your time. This information is important material, it's the foundation of ethics in our country. And if you do tut you will have no problem with the class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was a very eye opening and informative class. Even if you don't plan on going into Human Resources this class can help anyone. The course explains the reasons why there are rules and regulations. I understand more why business would in role in different classes to like harassment classes to protect a growing business.

    Course highlights:

I learned that rules and regulations are enforced for a reason. Sometimes that reason is to protect an employee, consumer or the business as a whole. Also students gain knowledge about why unions where created and the laws that followed to protect employees. One piece of knowledge that really stuck with me is affirmative action. Affirmative action changed the landscape for minority for the past and future.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you read all chapters that are assigned thoroughly, I found that focusing on the bold words and descriptions where very helpful when it came to understanding the work. I liked to go through the chapter and write done all the bold letters and then proceed to read the chapter.
