    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Course was difficult with all the formulas and concepts, but Professor Goldberg was extremely knowledgeable and made things extremely easy to understand. Class was useful for future real life events.

    Course highlights:

I learned the present and future value of money. Evaluate as well as make decisions on projects, interest rate, stocks, and bonds. All these are all real life situations that I can use it later as a Finance major.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Ask questions immediately if the concepts are not clear. Do in- class practice examples multiple times. Find online related problems to practice as well. Do not wait until last minute and ask questions. Most importantly, don't just memorize what to do but understand how to do it.

I'd recommend this course because overall, it's pretty easy, so long as you can answer the practice problems.

    Course highlights:

It gave me a good understanding of financial principles that I am able to apply at my internship.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Understand his practice problems, and take advantage of office hours. The book and powerpoints are useless.
