    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It was a cool course. The work load wasn't too hard and as long as you were prepared for class, it always went by pretty smooth. Be prepared for group work and time spent working out of class.

    Course highlights:

This course taught me about examining my own work before publishing or submitting. The highlight of this course was when we went over some work that had been submitted to different places in the world without being proof read or spell checked. It was a very fun experiment but also very very eye opening to see what we could avoid just by having others skim out papers.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared when you come to class. If you are asked to bring a rough draft, make sure you have at least something to work on because you will do a lot of peer editing and reviewing. Do the book assignments. They really do count in the end. Also, even though you could get by with skimming the additional texts, you should read them. You'd be surprised at the impression they wll leave on you and the inputs you will be able to bring to discussion.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Even though this class is required I had such a great time. I was able to have alot of one on one time with my teacher before each paper. We'd go over the strengths and weaknesses of my last paper and what I can do to improve the next one.

    Course highlights:

In this class we got to work on an Informative & Argumentative essay, along with working in MLA & APA format

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

This class is nothing to stress over. 131 was mostly review and 132 is taking those skills and acquiring them to College level work.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class is very focused on writing papers which is fine by me, but the professor was very scatterbrained.

    Course highlights:

This class helped me perfect my writing style.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Start writing as soon as you get the assignment.
