    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class if English is your favorite subject and you love to write. I personally love both so this class was a joy for me, but there were several assignments, big and small, that all greatly helped me get through the course while learning a lot of information.

    Course highlights:

There were so many genres covered and new information taught that it was extremely insightful for only being one class. I personally enjoyed reading Jane Eyre and the longer novels because it was something I am not used to and got to learn about for the first time. In this class I learned about authors and their backgrounds, as well as how to write a good paper and use supporting evidence.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to create an outline for any and all essays you will write. It is so important to just get the basics down on some paper because after you are done it makes the rest of the process extremely easy. Annotate anything you think will be important in the future and save every assignment you do so you can study at the end of the year.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it since it provides a good foundation for college studies.

    Course highlights:

The highlight for me was studying Greek literature and learning more about mythology and ancient society.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Work hard, and proofread! It is mostly essays, so you need to know how to write a structured essay and get rid of any flaws.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Though it is truly harsh, it is still helpful at preparing you for the test and gives access to a wide variety of literature. Personally I liked the teacher too since she gives great feedbacks.

    Course highlights:

Well the highlights would be submitting essays because then you get your scores and feedback.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Honestly do not jump in without much thought because it requires you a lot of time and effort. However, if you enjoy a challenge, go for it!
