    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    It help me to understand clearly how to treat a customer and that we need to treat him/her with respect. Also it encourage me to promote my dedication to a future job that I might have and that will help me thru.

    Course highlights:

    To how to interact with current and future customers. That help to a better improve in business relationships and it would be productive to your workplace or include if you have your own business.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    To paid real good attention because it is very interest and it help you too to treat right a customer. Which the way you treat him/her it depends if they comeback or not.
