Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I've also been interested in English; it's actually been one of my best subjects in school! Mrs. Rios's class goes beyond what an English class is. She helped us analyzed various passages and taught us how to incorporate it into our writing. Mrs. Rios demonstrated the different ways we can state our point while using fallacies and other literary tools.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was analyzing the different passages. We reviewed and analyzed familiar pieces of writings and we looked at the deeper, hidden meanings of them. I learned that nothing in writing is as it seems.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I strongly encourage students to take AP Language and Composition, especially if they're interested in writing and English! It really does help you out in writing and create more concrete arguments.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this class because I was able to learn more about why an author wrote his position in a certain way and about diction.

    Course highlights:

One highlight I enjoyed was learning about all the fallacies.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

For this course, I highly suggest you stay on top of everything in this class. Always pay attention in this class and put a lot of effort and hours for this class. I also suggest one should practice writing essays for this class to prepare for the AP exam.
