    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This is an excellent course that I would do all over again if given the opportunity. I had the privilege of being apart of JROTC during my freshman and sophomore year before having to move. The content was great and consistently kept my interest with aviation history, key personal, and science, as well as basic military operations beginning with marching, and commandments. The overall life lessons and character development you receive in addition to all of this is irreplaceable and it has stayed with me even though I have not gone into the military. Once you get started, it grows on you quickly and I am certain it will become your favorite course.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of the course was learning the different aspects of aviation, especially the history of it. It is presented in a way that helps you to truly appreciate what has been done in that field, and gives a further interest to the background of the US Air Force. I was intimidated by the marching and maneuvers at first, however, it quickly became one of my favorite parts and really made me feel like I was apart of a team rather than just another course.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

This is not a difficult class. Put full effort into each assignment and you will not only earn the respect of the instructors, but it will pay dividends as you get to the end of high school. I did not go into this with that mentality and wish that I could do it over. The more effort you put in this class, the more enjoyable it is.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

AFJROTC provided a safe place for students that definately didn't fit the popular kids category. For the most part everyone wants to be friendly, but also have big dreams. ROTC is a good place for dreamers that don't want to be surrounded by drugs and alcohol.

    Course highlights:

I learned problem solving skills but most importantly leaderships skills. These skills helped me gain a promotion at work and a lot of confidence.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be afraid to put yourself out there. Get noticed, be positive, and be the person you needed three years ago.
