Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend the class because english, like math, is all around us. Getting to know the rudiments in english will help you understand the way the world works in terms of linguistics and conceptual ideologies. Aside from learning more vocabulary, you will find yourself learning about how an argumentative essay will help you not only in college, but in the real world when it comes to supporting your ideas and theories.

    Course highlights:

One of the best things about the class was being able to do projects based on books we read. i remember learning about shakespeare and reading one of his plays, and i partnered up with someone to construct the stage where shakespeare's plays were performed, the globe theater. the assignment was to construct the stage and use props to make a scene from the play and recreate it with scenery and characters. my partner and i worked hard on it and used legos to build the scene. we got full points for the assignment!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

for any one who's planning on or is taking this course, i highly advise the student to dig deeper into everything in the book. many authors like shakespeare write lines with deeper meanings. it's up to the reader to catch on to their subtle ideas and thoughts of the reader when they wrote their novel. my teacher taught me to think more analytically when it came to reading. another great tip, is when it comes to writing. always always back up your claim with hard evidence. never use a piece of evidence that can't fully support your argument.

    Hours per week:
