    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend to take this class because not only do you learn about world history but you are to apply what you learned through essays and such which helps encourage and deepen your thinking and memory skills.

    Course highlights:

AP World History is a very challenging class and I was looking for that. Since the class requires college level writing, I was able to expand on my vocabulary range of words and write more properly.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Study and learn the concepts. Work on your memorization skills and always assist tutoring classes after school if you didn't understand something that was taught in class. Do your homeworkand turn it in on time because late work is not accepted even if you're 15 minutes into class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend the course because it was extremely fun to learn about the history and culture of many countries and how they became what they are today. It is fascinating to learn the history of the world.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of the course for me was learning about the war general Ashoka the Great and how he became a man of peace and harmony. I learned to be responsible with work and to take notes and pay attention.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention, study, and take good notes. If you don't your're going to struggle and have a hard time retaining a good grade.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class solely for the purpose of getting the credits for college. The class is difficult- there's a lot of dates to memorize and a lot of world events to remember. This is 10,000 years of the entire world's history- do not expect it to be an easy A class. The AP test is not super easy, either.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about what happened throughout the world that I didn't even know existed. There are so many civilizations that we don't know about anymore in day to day life because they died too quickly or didn't make as much of an impact.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to memorize dates. There's a lot of significant events, and you will need to know when they happen.
