Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

As a high school, the School of Fine Arts makes you choose, if you can, on different subjects. If you can't, you'll probably be stuck with this one(which is good). If you can, you can choose this course. it's pretty fun and the teacher is nice. The coursework was a lot, but I believe she shortened it as she saw some students were struggling.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was by far the professor. She actually teaches, making sure you know what she is talking about, why she is talking about it, what happened because of it, and so on. Which is exactly the focus of APUSH.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If this is your first time taking AP, don't be scared! Your first test should be rougher than others but you will get the hang of it soon. BUT- this will not be like your other history classes(probably). This class makes you, instead of knowing an event and a definition, the reasons the event took place, certain p[people in the event, the result on society of that event, and so on.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Ms. Walden was an incredible teacher who really helped me to understand US History for the AP exam. If she noticed that here students (us) weren't getting something, she made sure to help us in review so that we'd get it on the exam. She even dedicated two of her lunch periods a week to helping us with prep for the AP exam.

    Course highlights:

We learned so much, I'm not even really sure where to begin. I think one of the most important things that we learned about (or at least the most abundant) was the lives and works of all of the presidents.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Listen in class! If you do this, you'll be fine.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would wholeheartedly recommend it, it's definitely important to know your history and the atmosphere is perfect for learning.

    Course highlights:

I loved the creative projects and assignments. They were a great chance to flex my artistic muscles and the teacher always gave positive feedback.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The teacher is always there to help, they're there to answer questions and stop the confusion. The worst thing you can do is be silent when you're struggling.
