    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend this class for procrastinators because the work load is huge but easy.

    Course highlights:

We learned how to annotate many different texts such as articles, passages and etc. The highlights of this course was the we would have socratic seminars every week on a passage and the discussions were fun.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't procrastinate when you are annotating or else you will kill yourself. Participate in every discussion to receive participation credit.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it to help other to get scholarships. On the other hand, if i asked people to join me then I'll have more competition. If you want AP Lang., well so far it is an okay class and people should join because it doesn't hurt to try. Though if you are definitely aren't good at language arts, then I guess just take regular English.

    Course highlights:

External study was studying online using programs. If you meant AP Lang, well it's a good course to really learn about analysis and writing. Because when it comes down to it, it's amazing how many hidden easter eggs and meaning you can find in a text.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you were an honor roll student, then I suggest the class. However, people from regular English could take it to if they think they were being held back from their old classes and it was too easy. If you have the ambition and know ahead "what you want", then anyone can definitely pass the course.

    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course because Ms.Bishop provides her students with an ample amount of insight and practice for writing and analyzation skills.

    Course highlights:

The most important skill I learned from this course was learning how to analyze text on a deeper level. Prior to this course, I was only able to understand the basic meaning of whatever text I was reading; however, after taking Ms.Bishop's class, I learned how to analyze text and understand why the author is writing what they are writing and how is it significant to what they are trying to tell you.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to you is to not procrastinate and put in all the effort you can into this course. Nothing comes easy, especially in this class but the effort is definitely worth it for the outcome. Your ability to understand what you're reading will improve beyond the average level of readers.
