    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class was rigorous but manageable if you study. Definitely deserving of the AP title!

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot of real-life applications of calculus. Some highlights were the teachers great sense of humor which made math a little but more tolerable.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to study like you've never studied before. Procrastination will murder your grade so definitely try to get work done before the last minute.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a difficult course and should only be taken by those confident in their understanding of math. My advice is you do all your work and study if you want to pass the course

    Course highlights:

This course was difficult but I did learn. It however did require me to do a lot of studying but it all worked out at the end

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study and I mean study a lot. Do all your work and study a lot.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you are advanced in math, then I suggest you take this course if you like a challenge because its concepts can be applied to real life. If math is not your strong suit then I don't suggest taking this course because you will struggle horribly. There are many things you must memorize and continuously apply. It's like a synthesis paper in math.

    Course highlights:

One thing I found really helpful while taking this course is how to find the velocity, acceleration and rate of an object. This can be used on a construction job, working on a car, or filling a swimming pool.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this class you have to do all the extra credit the teacher assigns, use tutors, seek help from your peers that understand any of it, and other math teachers because they may have a different teaching method that works for you. Review your notes right after school, do not wait a while before reviewing them because it will do you NO GOOD.
