    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because Mr. Knowles is a wonderful teacher and he explains every little detail. Also, in the few weeks I have been in school I have learned so much interesting curriculum and how the brain works.

    Course highlights:

So far, the highlights of this class has been learning about the chemistry of the brain and how so many different chemicals either work together or cancel each other out, which determines our behaviors and though process. I have learned what the parts of the brain are and how they work in our bodies and affect us negatively and positively.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend studying and studying all the key terms. A lot of this class involves memorizing parts and functions and if you memorize everything you will succeed. Throughout the few weeks I have been in this class I have used Quizlet in order to study and understand key terms.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Highly recommend this course! The teacher is very engaging with the students and creates a fun environment. The speed of the course can be fast at points but the knowledge you gain is worth it.

    Course highlights:

Learning was my favorite part about the entire course. You acquire so much information about the responsibilities for each region of the brain, you learn what causes people to do act a certain way, and you get an overall better understanding of how the human brain works.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you don't mind doing the work you should take the class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it is really eye opening. Through this class you are taught various things about the body and brain and the best part is that some can be applied to you. This class is definitely the most fascinating one i have ever taken.

    Course highlights:

The highlight i can remember the most is when we did the sleep study. For this we had to record our slew, when we went to bed, when we woke up, and all the deprivation cues we had experienced throughout the day. At the end of this experiment i realized that the root of most of my problems in school was the lack of sleep i was getting. When i came to this conclusion i made a nightly schedule and since then i haven't fallen asleep in class once.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

One piece of advice i would give someone is be ready to write because there is more writing than i thought there would ever be.
