Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it is really eye opening. Through this class you are taught various things about the body and brain and the best part is that some can be applied to you. This class is definitely the most fascinating one i have ever taken.

    Course highlights:

The highlight i can remember the most is when we did the sleep study. For this we had to record our slew, when we went to bed, when we woke up, and all the deprivation cues we had experienced throughout the day. At the end of this experiment i realized that the root of most of my problems in school was the lack of sleep i was getting. When i came to this conclusion i made a nightly schedule and since then i haven't fallen asleep in class once.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

One piece of advice i would give someone is be ready to write because there is more writing than i thought there would ever be.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend psychology because almost everything you learn in the class can benefit your own life or those around you. It is also incredibly interesting to learn about why humans function and act he way they do.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about why humans function the way they do and how we as humans can approach learning about ourselves in different ways.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Though this is a good entry level class do not expect it to be easy either. Make sure you study and know he material because while the tests and quizzes are very manageable you still need to know what you are doing to succeed in the class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is highly interesting and you learn a lot of information. If one is interested in the field of psychology, I would highly recommend this course in order to get a taste of what a college psychology class might be like.

    Course highlights:

I have been learning information on topics such as: brain structure, the seven perspectives of psychology, the stages of sleep, sensation and perception, classical conditioning, and observational learning. Studying the different parts of the brain was the most interesting.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Complete all homework assignments, study for the tests, and pay attention to the notes. This is class is fast paced so try to keep up.
