Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I found the class to be difficult at times, but when I mastered the cuts and culinary math I felt accomplished, and that really boosted my self-esteem.
Mastering the cuts, math, and making amazing food made taking this class oh so worth it.

Advice for students:
Study and practice cooking and the cuts whenever possible, because when you are making the food it makes it way easier to have the knowledge in your brain than having to waste time to look it up.
