    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course is a very easy course if you simply take notes, pay attention, and study. This class is also a good way to get in any AP credits needed and a GPA booster.

    Course highlights:

Students really understand the different types of governments systems and how they work. They also learn how the United States government works and the bits and pieces that make it the way it is today.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention to the things the teacher emphasizes and take good notes. Even if you forget something from the notes, the teacher will most likely put them on the class website. Also make sure to study and know every little detail before test days and free response question days.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it helps with the understanding of how our country works and interacts. Although this is on a large scale, and likely doesn't apply much to one as a student, there are perks to being a knowledgeable citizen. Taking this class helped me understand points brought up in a political debate on a deeper level.

    Course highlights:

Mr. Payne is a very funny teacher, and while the class is mostly a lot of graphs, he does a good job of keeping it interesting. For instance, Mr. Payne describes how what we are learning fits into history and modern life. Also, he constantly cracks jokes.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Taking this course you must be good at, or willing to learn to be good at, reading graphs. Almost everything you do in this class stems off of a graph you have learned. Calculators are not permitted, but the math is low level and easy to do.
