    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would definitely reccomend this course. The professor is outstanding and passionate about what she teaches. The course material is interesting and it is awesome to be able to learn more about how to live a healier lifestyle.

    Course highlights:

    I learned so much throughout this course. I learned how to live a healier life style and about food that we consume, about foods that we should be consuming and foods that we should consume in moderation. We also learned about the chronic diseases that are caused with an un healthy lifestyle and ways we can prevent them. It was also cool to be able to learnmore about all of the vitamins and minerals aswell as their functions.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Students considering taking this course should be prepared before class, Meaning the chaper that is being lectured in class that day should be read so that you are prepared for class discussions. Flash cards helped with learning terms especially when it came to learning about the vitamins and minerals.
