Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anyone who has a passions for reading and English. Most of all, the student must be dedicated and hard working. There is no room for slacking as you explore the mature works of literature and jump into the depths of authors minds. I thoroughly enjoyed my A.P. English class.

    Course highlights:

In this course, I learned that I had an opinion on every matter inside of me. It wasn't until this class that I became aware that opinions were made t be voiced! We covered many authors, not just their literary publishing's, but their inner lives and how it impacted what they wrote

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared for a learning smack in the face (in the best of ways). Also, be ready to spend more time focused on studying and writing. There is no memorization, just pure learning.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this class along with the previous course English 101 too. This class not only gives you an insight into college while still in highschool, but it also gives you the opportunity to get college credit hours and a highschool credit at the same time. Many young adults do not have the money for college and I believe if there were more opportunities like dual enrollment, than many more kids would consider college.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course is the many different essay techniques taught. English 101 Teaches me to be confident in my writing skills no matter the topic chosen, and it allows me to write stronger essays.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

The best advice I can give to young adults considering this course is to stay on top of your work. Sometimes it is easy to fall behind in school because of so many other things happening, but your future should always be your main focus.
