    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It's a challenging course which enhances the human mind and interest. My teacher is amazing and tries to make the lessons as attention grabbing as possible which may be the reason why I would recommend this course to underclassmen. Just try hard to not be a failure and end up feeling like you could have done better.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were hearing from my classmates on some theories they had as to why certain things happen in biology and then comparing them to my own and seeing how different the human race truly is. I learned that sometimes there is only one course of action that will lead to success but sometimes there are various courses.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take this course if you are good with or interested in science. If you aren't then don't take it because it;s not a required course i high school.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Extremely interesting and diverse field that allows students to better understand themselves and other organisms. I feel it is an awesome feeling to know what is going on behind the scenes when an organism drinks water or what processes occur during photosynthesis.

    Course highlights:

I am proud to have learned how the world of living things function around me. I understand the science of water, organs, and the ecosystem as a whole.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention to each section. Details are very important on the exams and frqs. On the FRQ's, be sure to explain and elaborate on each sentence you input. There is no need to memorize all of the element combinations, but be sure to have a general concept of each. I also recommend buying a study book.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher is understanding. He takes the time to become familiar with every individual in the classroom.

    Course highlights:

No one left class confused since McMullan was patient. He learned each of our stories to communicate concepts in a way we understand. I developed a life altering fascination with biology, courtesy of his influence, courtesy of his story.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study a lot. Don't get discouraged.
