    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The class is fun and engaging, and lessons are memorable and easy to understand. However, there is incessant interruption. It would be better if instruction was more individualized.

    Course highlights:

Learning a new language is always tricky, but our teacher made it fun and easy. He used different mnemonics to guide us through lessons, and we were able to learn new things each day.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Arrive with an open mind. Everyone knows a little bit of Spanish, but it is important to remember that Spanish isn't exactly like English and vice versa.

    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The class was challenging and allowed me to get an insight to how college classes function. The difficulty of the course aided in preparing me for the responsibility required to succeed in dual enrollment classes. I would recommend the class to younger students because I believe it is a valuable experience that all young adults should take part in to become better prepared for their academic future.

    Course highlights:

I was able to learn more than just a new language, By taking Spanish 101, I learned about an entirely different culture and was provided with insight to a new world. I was given a better understanding of the language and was able to expand my knowledge. Although it was difficult, the overall experience was immensely worth it.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

The best way to learn a new language is to speak it and have it spoken to you. Find someone else who is taking the class and study with them. It genuinely helps so much to be have someone to talk to and compare answers with.
