Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course because not only does it cover grammar and writing structures but also you get the opportunity of reading several works of literature.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were that I learned how to analyze literary terms such as similes, metaphors, personification, allusions, etc. If you are a book lover and you enjoy reading just like me, you will definitely love the novels and plays we cover. My favorite novel was The Scarlet Letter.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this course just consider not being absent often because you will miss class discussions which are very important because part of what is said in class will be in the exams.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course because not only does it count for high school graduation credits but for college credits too. At first I was worried it might be a difficult, challenging class but as the year went by I learned so many writing techniques that not only prepare me for college but also for the SAT and ACT exams.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were that I learned many different writing techniques which I will continue on using for the rest of my life. Not only did we learn many writing techniques; we also learned literary elements in depth and were able to read several works of literature.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My best advice for students considering taking this course is take it. It is an easy class which you won't regret taking because it will help you prepare for upcoming challenges. Even better this class will boost up your GPA and if you pass the AP exam it will count as a college credit. Remember to never copy from the Internet or someone else from your class because the professor will most of the time notice because as an AP student you are expected your best work.
