    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend taking this course because there are so many books that I was able to read for the first time that really have opened my mind to the world around me. I was also able to learn new writing and analyzing skills through this course which I know I will be able to carry on throughout my last high school year and in college as well.

    Course highlights:

I think the biggest highlight for me was being able to read The Things They Carried. This is an anti war book written by Tim O' Brian. He writes about his experiences and how his choice of going to the war was weak because he didnt do what he wanted instead he allowed the thoughts of other people to dictate his decision.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed, wether it be in this course or any other course of your choice, you must always be willing to work hard. Nothing will be handed to you in such a rigorous class, you work to be the best you can be.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course a lot because even though sometimes it's hard it helps you a lot prepare for college.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were doing on demand essays and also having discussions of the reading we would do.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed for this class you always have to pay attention during class and stay on top of your game.

Lots of really good readings, worksheets related well to class. Lots of attention payed to Genius Hour as well for Final.

    Course highlights:

Highlights during the Course Genius Hour, and readings as well. Learned lots of vocabulary for later use and test taking skills.

    Hours per week:

    Advice for students:

Always pay attention to each and every little thing being said by him. Helps you so much during class and outside of class. Opens you up very much to have conversations with others.
