Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it's beneficial in many ways. It exposes you to the rigorous work you are expected to do in college and will give you a grade bump since it is a AP class.

    Course highlights:

At the end of the year you can decide to take the AP test, if you pass this test you can get college credit and will not be required to take it again in college.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take advantage of this course, it's not that bad if you pay attention and don't procrastinate. It's actually pretty interesting.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it was pretty interested and if you are determined to do good in the class, you will! The class is challenging, however it is manageable.

    Course highlights:

We learned a lot of the wars, especially WW1 and WW2, I still remember a lot of the renaissance and the reformation thanks to Mr. Spiers. The work was sometimes too much, but the class was fun.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Some advice would be to create study groups, get the ap euro practice book designed for the ap test. Also, once you get the extra credit assignment in Mr.Spiers, it would be helpful to do it in a group, but still actually study it. Cramming the extra credit in one night will be too much. MANAGE YOUR TIME!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for students that want to challenge themselves during student's sophomore year and want to experience the workload of an Advanced Placement class. Just do not expect it to be easy, but make sure a student are maximizing your time since there will always be time for work in this class that a student could use or waste.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to mamage my time with not only this class, but my full schedule of classes. Also, I learned how to take notes when reading the book which is requirement for the class, and to study information for quizzes and tests since all the information has to be not only memorized but also understand the information ,and also explain it on some occasions for papers.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to make sure you actually do the notes during the homework readings, study at least two days before quizzes or tests and finally make sure you actually pay attention in class to better understand the imformation, especially simce the imformatiom presented durimg these you should have an idea of.
