Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is an absolute must for anyone looking to learn more about the world of art. An introductory course to the terminology and concepts that are vital to understanding the meaning and value behind every piece of artwork one can come across, this class is informative, digestible and enlightening to those who wish to broaden their horizons and learn something new.

    Course highlights:

Through taking this course, I learned many of the concepts and terms associated with artwork across many media and time periods, and how to look at artwork and think about it in a way that lets you understand the artist's intent and the piece's meaning. I can't begin to list the number of ideas that this course covers, but it does so excellently, and is an excellent class for those who are looking to learn more about art, even if you have had no prior experience or knowledge with it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to do the readings as they are assigned, as the text provides valuable insight into many of the concepts, giving a deeper look into some ideas that might otherwise be a bit difficult to comprehend. The text is a great resource, and it goes hand in hand with the course to provide a well rounded and enlightening experience.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course, because you get to learn how to draw many new things using many different art materials and supplies. This class is a little challenging but it is very fun

    Course highlights:

How to use charcoal Draw still life's Self portraits

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If your struggling with any drawing assignment/materials; my advice to practice because practice makes perfect. For example, when I took drawing 1 last semester, I struggled drawing with Charcoal, but I practiced over the winter and summer break and now I'm taking drawing 2 and now I've gotten a lot better at it now.
