    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would HIGHLY recommend this course to anyone who wishes to learn about the underlying philosophies of the founders of psychology.

    Course highlights:

It's no secret that African Americans were subjected to discrimination and unjust laws, but the determination of African American psychologists is on another bracket. Dr. Horace Mann Bond was instrumental in the desegregation of schools in the Brown vs BOE decision. Dr. Lewis is the best discussion leader I've ever had in school, primary or secondary, or post-secondary.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read your textbook, and understand that every assignment she assigns you will be graded.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I loved this course! It is an eye opening course that is great if you are trying to learn more about your history and become more enlightned. I loved Dr. Lewis style of teaching.

    Course highlights:

I loved the discussions! I loved the videos and how she talked on each aspect of the two books clearly but also allowed the class to make comments.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would reccomend taking notes and paying attention in class. It is easy to stray away and miss valuable information. The tests are hard only if you don't study and if you didn't take notes. Other than that, it doesn't feel like a class just a great discussion with some friends.
