    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Overall, I would recommend this course, although for most students it is a required course. If you pay attention in class, you can learn a lot about interpersonal relationships and why we behave towards people the way that we do.

    Course highlights:

It focused on sociology mainly, but also on psychology. Much of what was taught can be applied practically in life.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this course, be prepared to read a lot. It is not a course that requires logical thinking or memorization, but rather intuitive understanding.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Professor Savoy was such a great professor. She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about interpersonal communication. She certainly treated the whole class as a team and it allowed us to become closer as classmates. She was slightly strict but it was surely for a purpose and for our benefit.

    Course highlights:

We learned about how to communicate in various types of relationships, why we start relationships with others, the different kinds of relationships, communication styles, and pros and cons of each.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to do all the online chapter quizzes. She also sometimes gives projects and so make sure to do those as well. Be prepared to present in front of the class, and make sure to become friends and collaborate with your peers.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class will definitely bring you out of your shell, as it makes you uncomfortable but in a good way. You'll be challenged in communication as well as public speaking.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were coming to the end of the semester and realized my fear of public speaking had almost completely gone away. The highlights of this course are the certain skills you will gain in communication.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Get friendly with the teacher and don't be too shy in there. Go in with confidence and you will ace the course.
