Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it was relatively simple and easy, yet still prepared you for the AP test. It was not a particularly demanding English class, but I still learned enough to pass the test and enjoy the class.

    Course highlights:

This course let me read new books that I could reference for future courses and gave me new insights on writing that have helped me in my English class the next year.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

You mostly just need to stay on top of the independent reading and essays and make sure not to upset the teacher.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher is an excellent teacher. He provides just the right amount of work to help you learn, but not too much to wear you out. He is also very relaxed and holds his students to a high standard that helps us succeed.

    Course highlights:

The projects he assigns can be time consuming, but their enjoyable. He makes his class fun and is very understanding. The accommodation to students needs is top notch! I’ve learned a lot in his class, but I think the most I have gained is from the pieces of literature he provides, and the insight provided on each piece of literature. I still have half a year, but I have definitely improved significantly in analysis of literature.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just relax. Do your work on time, and have fun with it. Many of the major grades are projects or pieces of literature. The projects are always something you can include your own style too and have fun with. The pieces of literature he assigns are also very entertaining and insightful.
