Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Being able to speak Spanish in America is greatly stressed in schools and big businesses because hispanics are the largest minority in the United States. Starting your Spanish class early is a great advantage for young adults and students. It will greatly enhance your resume if you are bilingual because you are creating a more competitive workplace. Taking Spanish class helped give me a more broad mindset on life outside of the United States by showing me the different lifestyles people live and the language they speak.

    Course highlights:

I learned how differently people live outside of America and the importance of how lucky I am to be able to grow up in a country with so many opportunities. Spanish class helped emphasize how much we take for granted and the luxuries we encounter everyday. The highlights of this course are getting to learn the vocabulary, verb tenses, and pronunciation. I was shocked at how easy it could be to learn a different language in such a short period of time.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

For future students who are looking to challenge themselves in school, my advice to them would be to not be afraid to take on classes that might seem hard, or not as interesting. Allowing yourself to grasp opportunities that don't come around often, is an opportunity worth taking. Taking Spanish class has the capability to connect cultures and bring attention to those who don't live the same lifestyle as you. Try your hardest and have an open mindset on classes that might not be your greatest interest, because in the end, it might alter your career path for the better.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking this class because it is my personal belief that people should take an extra step in learning about a different culture, and what better way to do that, then in learning a new language?

    Course highlights:

I learned how to follow, speak, and write a step above the basics of Spanish. The highlight of this class, would be the food unit, I loved it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don be afraid to ask questions or get extra help if you need it, the end result is amazing.
