    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it opens your eyes about what is actually happening to money in the world. It makes a student realize that every time they spend money, that money has an effect on the whole economy of a country. Also, the class can help anyone that is pursuing any major because the class provides advice on how to use their money wisely. It prepares us students for the future on how to deal with taxes, rent, and other payments.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course for me were during the presidential election. The presidential elects would speak of the actions they would take to help America prosper. We were able to use what we learn in class to determine whether they could actually take on those propositions in an effective financial matter. Also, I was able to learn how to predict the future would look like if certain money policies were implemented into the economic system. Mr. Gallagher also taught us reasons as to why events in the past such as the Great Depression happened.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Advice I would give is to take very good notes. The course teaches lessons that will apply to everything else. All the ideas are connected in some way and taking organized notes can be very helpful so that you don't get confused. Also, learning to read and draw graphs is a very important skill in this course because graphs will be able to show what you are trying to say in a very simple way. The textbook is a very valuable tool. It may seem time consuming, but in the end the textbook explains the lessons in very specific detail. The textbook also contains diagrams which show the relationships of topics which can be very helpful.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to any student who wants to learn about real word money, and is proficient in math. It is a very challenging course, however, hear that many kids complain about how the things we learn are not applicable in every day life. Well AP economics is very applicable!

    Course highlights:

In this course I've learned how to think as an economist. I understand the importance of money and the history of it. The system that we are in is too deep to change we are in is cyclical economic system that truly cannot be changed whether you or more liberal or conservative.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Look up YouTube videos that help you with the section. There is a teacher on YouTube named Dr. Clifford. He is phenomenal. Get close with your teachers so that if you must make up a test they will let you. Read the book before you start going over the lesson
