Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would not recommend this class if you are not interested in becoming more knowledgable and engaged in the American political system.

    Course highlights:

I loved the real life examples we were able to analyze during this course because we had the election to show us how everything worked when put into real actions rather than what is supposed to happen. I also enjoyed that the class was mostly discussion based and questions were encouraged. As someone who was never really involved in politics, I can honestly say I feel more confident in my knowledge about the American political system; how it works, how laws came into place, and what is most important in making changes for progress in the system. I learned all these things in this class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do your homework in this class! The assignments my teacher assigned were actually helpful and pertained to both the tests she gave in her class and what needs to be prepared for the AP test. Also participate! I found that when I asked questions and added insight to our class discussions I was more able to succeed.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The teacher combined with the discussion aspect of the class forces students to be engaged, and with the lack of stress or blatant busywork holding students back, they can achieve higher grades and have a better retention on what they learn.

    Course highlights:

The Commerce Clause is the most overpowered legislation to exist (before it was subsequentially stopped partially).

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always stay on the teacher's good side, if so then the class won't be as difficult as you believe it'll be and I can guarantee a five on the AP test.
