    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely not recommend this course unless you know what you're doing. When I took the class it was like there was no such thing as a C or above it was quite redicules if you ask me.

    Course highlights:

I gained that if you haven't taken any AP courses in all the years you've been in school, then you definitely shouldn't try and take it you're senior year and mess your transcript up.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You definitely need to show up to the class everyday and go in for help right away and not wait till the last minute because if you do you might just fail and that's exactly what I did.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it has helped me understand my study habits. As a senior in high school, I have taken many classes, but this is one that I have enjoyed more than any other. The rigorous material in this class is helping me to prepare for college. I have learned to effectively take notes, write FRQs, and test in short periods of time. Drake is also a fabulous teacher.

    Course highlights:

I gained new insight to what my future in college will look like through this course. I want to major in Early Childhood Education, all because of this class. By getting an inside look of why people do what they do, I understood that children are the age group that I want to teach. This course taught me more about what I want to do in the future, and I'm sure it would do the same for you!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To be successful in this class, one needs to devote at least 3 hours per week by studying, taking notes, and reviewing class work. The tests are based on your reading-so I have to read very carefully! There is a chapter worth of notes due every class period. At first I thought that it would be boring work. Turns out that I love most of the material, and it is enjoyable for me to complete my homework.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

AP physics is a great course to have in mind as it sets the mood for understanding the concepts of physics as a whole. I guess taking a normal physics class is better but if you want to be challenged, I would suggest taking this course

    Course highlights:

I learned a whole new concept about the laws of physics and the ability to even understand why some things happen. I learned about momentum, universal gravitation, the laws of motion and so many more concepts that can really be confirmed through reality activities.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advice you to take this course only if you are up for the challenge. It's a very simple course as long as you try your best and finish every given assignment. Never postpone your daily review as when it piles up, it can be very tough to understand whatever is going on.
