Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This is the first English course I took as a dual credit class from the University of Texas at the Permian Basin. I took it the fall of my junior year, and it honestly slapped me in the face. I was pretty unprepared for the fact that I basically didn't have a teacher since the course was online. However, by the end of the semester, I had learned so much about how to write and, more importantly, how to problem solve, figure things out, and time manage. I would really recommend taking this course for college preparation and to get a basic class over with.
The point of this class is to get you writing, which you do, trust me. By the end of the course, I learned the good way to write a research paper (not the way you're taught in high school believe it or not). However, the most important lesson learned from this class is TIME MANAGEMENT. I have always been a straight A student, so at the beginning of the course, I figured that I could just breeze through this class. WRONG. This class takes so much time, and, being involved in extracurriculars, I really had to figure out how to properly manage my time, and that has really helped me more than anything else.

Advice for students:
If you are going to take this course, I would recommend finding a friend to take it with you. I think that sometimes, that saved me from a bad grade, especially in the beginning when you are still getting used to the work load. I would also say to make sure you have the time to put into this course in order to make a good grade on it. It is possible if you actually DO the work and do it well.
