    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The instructor had poor communication during the course, I had attempted to contact her many times, I received two replies out of the six I sent her during the course. The feedback on assignments was vague and directly from the book. There was no additional information for the course, all information came from the textbook, so there was nothing to supplement any additional input.

    Course highlights:

I thought the textbook explained some difficult concepts well, however, you really need to dip for some alternative examples, they assume all college students enjoy pizza, so this was the most popular example. I think it would have been more beneficial to use different examples. I love pizza, but do I have to read about it every chapter, a bit stereotypical.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I liked the online course, I would just choose a different instructor, the current instructor I have for my Macro class is less uptight about the wording for the reading questions, if it isn't directly from the book it isn't correct, even if you word it the SAME way, just using different synonyms.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

He was a very tough teacher. He is use to teaching higher level classes and therefor expects more from his students.

    Course highlights:

I learned the fundamentals of economics. I took both microeconomics and macroeconomists for this teacher and I learned that they are very different and very similar.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Reading the book and doing extra research on the side will help a lot. It is all about understanding the concepts in your own words.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is a difficult course, but the challenge is worth what you learn. The information is invaluable.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were the discussions that we had. There was a lot learned from other students in the class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take the course if it is something you are interested in. If you're not into it, it's not going to be fun.
