Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

100% would recommend taking this course with Karen Robinson. Granted college algebra is not going to be an easy subject but her tests 100% follow her test reviews making it much easier to study!

    Course highlights:

Definitely prepped me for trigonometry. I was able to understand the algebra concepts in trig.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class everyday even though it is 4 days a week and don't miss test review day!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because Professor Robinson helps to spell out every piece of math to make it more understandable.

    Course highlights:

Professor Robinson will teach a math method and give homework from the text that directly has you practice what was learned. I learn best by watching, taking notes and then practicing exactly what was taught. Professor Robinson definitely teaches to students like me.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

As always, do the homework! Professor Robinson will reiterate items for clarification but will move forward in the the lessons. If you don't do the work you will get lost as is the case in most math classes.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Steve creates great videos that work through all the problems, that you can watch again and again at any time. The homework can be done using the textbook or through an online website which offers examples and unlimited attempts until you master the problem.

    Course highlights:

I completed the class with a thorough understanding of all problem types covered in college algebra.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Sign up for the online homework. It is a little more work, but you will master the topic. Watch Steve's videos -- especially for test prep. They really help.
