    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because English composition is a great intro class for many freshman, and is required for most degrees. Learning how to research and create argument papers is a valuable asset to have especially for further education.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was that the reading and assignments were hands-on, making learning even easier. The class discussions were informative and engaging.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

In this class, it is important that you keep up on assignments, by reading the material given to you and keeping your assignments organized.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because we get readings that we got to take apart to understand what made their argument so powerful. Taking readings apart also helped with the composing of an argument which we later used for a 15-20 page paper.

    Course highlights:

From the course, I gained a lot of perspective when writing. When we initially write, we think of the paper through our eyes, but ENG 121 teaches you to think about the audience. According to their experience, will they support this argument?

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To be successful in ENG 121, you must be prepared to challenge yourself by being outside of your comfortable zone and feeling fine. It is reasonable for a college student’s life to get busy but always do the readings assigned even if you skim through them because they teach so much to those who are willing to learn.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Not only is it required as a general but it is interesting to learn about. You learn how to dissect essays and understand more in depth.

    Course highlights:

My highlight of this course was being involved and understanding the criteria. This teaches you how argue maturely.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Whatever you do make sure you always read! Not only is it important but it tells you what to write and how to write the 5 essays you write in the course.
