Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is very nit-picky. I wasn't the greatest writer and this class helped me improve a lot. My teacher was very very picky about each essay we wrote. The best part was she took time to talk to you about what you did good and what you need to work on. The one thing that really made me a better writer were the constant writing assignment big or little and she didn't just put something up and told us to write about it, she would make us write about things that related to our futures and made us write about things that we had to put thought into it. So I would recommend this class and the English-125 class. The English-125 class was a new class that gave you college credit for passing the class at the end of the year. The class is built around college like lectures so that when you get to college you already have an idea of what it's like. The writing in this class is more complex and comprehensive. The best part is that it gives you college credit, so you could basically have a unit of college done by the time you graduate from high school.

    Course highlights:

This best part about the course is that it's different. It may seem boring to be always writing all the time, but your not just writing about whatever your writing about the things that interest you and that have some kind of meaning to you. This class really prepared me for college personal essays, because my teacher broke these kinds of things down to the point where you just wrote you didn't have to question what you were writing about because you already knew.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I give is not to be afraid to make mistakes because being afraid leads to you overthinking. And when you overthink thoughts and ideas become jumbled and makes it harder to write what you want. My AP Comp teacher always said to be bold with your writing because that's the best kind of writing.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is a tough course, but with a great teacher that helps you build your writing skills. The course helps prepare you fpr college especially having to write essays on non fiction. Also, preforming well on the A.P test can ve benificial for college credit, hint hint money you don't spend later.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of the course were that the course was a challege and takes getting used to, but I know it will pay off later. Peer review really helped cause it helped with insight and anlysis of my own writing.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to be ready to work, its not a push over course and you can't be lazy. If you don't like being challenged don't take the class.
